The old technique of transforming a material, i.e. plastic, made versatile and malleable by high temperatures through blowing is the basis of the process that the Emilian company still uses to produce technical or everyday items.

When the plastic is heated to a high temperature, it generates a hollow tube, known as the Parison, which is then inserted into a mould. This is followed by blow moulding, which allows the material to adhere to the walls of the mould, thus achieving the desired shape.
